I am in love with this Scallop and Avocado Ceviche from el Willy's. This is something I order every time i go there. Pieces of raw scallops are delicately placed over a bed of creamy avocado mixture. The ceviche is topped with crispy shallots and a combination of flowers; begonia, panishes and hibiscus. Such a beautiful and delicious dish. I love it when edible flower petals are added to food. Simply divine.
